Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions govern your use of our website; by using our website, you accept these terms and conditions in full. If you disagree with these terms and conditions or any part of these terms and conditions, you must not use our website.
We have the right to modify our Terms and Conditions of Business, so please review them periodically. These terms can only be varied with the written consent of Mog & Bird.
Orders place online are printed on demand.
All orders are processed within 3-5 working days. Orders are not shipped on Bank holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Orders placed for shipping to addresses in United Kingdom will be shipped via Royal Mail Signed For 2nd Class, which takes 2-3 days (including Saturdays) to deliver your parcel. Please add an extra working day if there’s a Redirection in place.
Return & Refund
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the rights to return it within 14 days of purchase in its original condition.
If you have simple change your mind or ordered wrong size garment, please be aware that you are responsible to cover return postage costs. We recommend to use recorded shipment method, as we are not responsible of goods lost/damaged in transit.
We will only refund postage costs if the product is faulty and returned within 14 days from purchase.
The money will be refunded to the original payment method within next 14 days from the day of receiving goods back.
Full payment must be made before an order is processed. If your payment is unsuccessful for any reason, we will not be liable for any delays or non-delivery of your order.
Any orders placed via telephone are at the customers risk. We cannot take responsibility for any miscommunications and/or errors that may occur. We strongly recommend that customers order via email.
Since our printing services are bespoke we will contact you and provide a full quotation before any order is accepted. Any prices which are shown are in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are shown including VAT unless otherwise indicated.
All prices quoted are valid for 30 days every effort is made to maintain our prices but these can change without notice.
Delivery times stated are approximate, but we endeavour to dispatch orders within the agreed times.
It is the customers responsibility to ensure that their delivery details are correct and that they are available to sign for the package. We take no responsibility for orders that fail to be delivered due to incorrect information or addresses that are closed or inaccessible at the time of delivery.
We cannot accept responsibility for any failure on the part of any courier or delivery service used to deliver goods.
Mog & Bird will take no responsibility for loss or damage or delay to your order and we will will not be responsible for refund of any form. If your package shows signs of transit damage upon delivery, please refuse to accept delivery and notify us immediately. By accepting delivery you are confirming the packaging and delivery is in perfect order.
Visual Approval for Services
You must provide production ready designs in Adobe Illustrator file format or a High Resolution PNG file. If this is not possible, a redrawing fee may be charged. All colours in a design will be matched to the closest in house stock ink colour. For exact colour matches please provide Pantone colour codes, please be aware that colours may vary with your monitor settings, software and environmental light etc.
Once your payment has been received, we will create and send a Visual Mock Up (the visual product template images that are used to present your designs, this means they may not reflect the actual product) to you. Once you have approved the visual layout your decision is final. Cancellations are not accepted after this stage.
It is the responsibility of the customer to approve the artwork before we go to print. We take no responsibility for any mistakes in the design once the artwork has been confirmed.
It is the client’s responsibility to gain authorisation to use any copyrighted, trademarked or otherwise licensed material/ logos in their order. We will not be held liable for use of copyrighted, trademarked or otherwise licensed logos, designs or artwork in products supplied to your specifications.
Please note, we order blank garments and clothing from wholesaler distributors. All sizes and colours shown online on the catalogue are not under our control, and we cannot be held responsible for colour variations from on screen colours to real product colours, nor can we be held responsible for sizing issues. We highly recommend ordering samples to ensure these size and colour problems are not experienced. The customer mustn’t rely of their perceived size, always refer to the measurements for greater accuracy.
Blank samples ordered are non-refundable and charged at the single unit price, plus carriage and may be subject to an administration fee, which will be detailed on the invoice.
Personalised items will only be eligible for a refund or exchange if the garment itself is faulty. Personalised items are exempt from the Consumer Contracts Regulations. If you believe your garments are defective you must contact Mog & Bird within 48 hours of delivery. Returns will not be accepted unless you receive written confirmation to do so by the seller. Faulty or incorrect items must be returned to us, initially at the customer’s expense. If the product(s) is deemed to be faulty or incorrect, we will replace the item(s) and reimburse the cost of the return postage. Refunds can only be issued to the initial payment method.
Please note that complaints outside of 14 days will not be accepted.
Cancellation of an order must be confirmed in writing to us. Any work undertaken by us prior to the notification of cancellation will be charged in full as we may have already ordered stock, prepared artwork or re-organised production of other jobs . We keep the rights to cancel any order at any time.
Print will last lifetime of the garment, if not, we will re-print it at our own cost.
Loss of Earnings
We cannot, and will not, be held responsible for any loss of earnings, real or projected, as a result of an order being lost, arriving late, or not being as expected.
Print/Embroidery only service
When you are supplying the goods for customisation, you’re sending the garments to us at your own risk. If they are lost in transit we will not be held responsible. You must track the delivery and handle any issues that arise in delivery. In addition, we recommend test prints to ensure that the products are suitable for the printing technique that you require.
We can’t guarantee 100% perfection on goods you supply. You must be aware of spoilage factor, which means that if you are supplying the products and there are problems with the print or damage to the garments due to the printing, we will not be held responsible for any of the cost of the garments / products due to spoilage factor.
